Pre-Orders

This page will be regularly updated. See our Coming Soon page for expected arrival for stock to be received by Tug Toys. The date is based on previous delivery times and is only an estimate. It will be updated when the stock is shipped by the supplier and we get tracking details. 

Pre-ordered stock is usually shipped within a day of arriving at Tug Toys.

Sometimes a supplier will accidentally leave a product out from our shipment, may have discontinued it by the time we order or may send a different colour. 

This is completely out of our control. If this happens we will contact you and offer to refund, swap for a different product or colour in stock or order it in the next order.
